You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum required age in your jurisdiction) to use AI TTS Microservice. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to follow these terms and all applicable laws in your region.

This site uses Google reCAPTCHA to prevent spam and abuse. reCAPTCHA data is processed by Google as a data processor on our behalf under applicable Google Cloud contractual terms. See our Privacy Policy for details.

• Keep your login credentials secure and notify support if you suspect misuse.
• Ensure anyone using your account follows these terms.
• Provide accurate information for billing and account management.

AI TTS Microservice converts text into speech using Google Cloud and Gemini voices, with support for other providers on the roadmap. Features include auditioning voices, downloading rendered audio, tracking usage, and managing credits.

The platform may evolve over time. Features can be added, refined, or removed to keep the service stable and relevant. Notice is provided for significant changes that affect existing workflows.

Help keep the community respectful and reliable by following these guidelines:

• Use the service for lawful, respectful projects.
• Do not generate spam, harassment, or deceptive content.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, bypass security, or overload the platform.
• Respect intellectual property rights when submitting scripts.

Violations may lead to account suspension or termination. Serious abuse can be escalated to relevant authorities.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit for rendering. Do not submit highly sensitive personal data or confidential third-party data, including government identifiers, financial account numbers, medical records, or protected health information, unless you have a lawful basis and explicit authorization.

The Service is not intended to be a regulated sensitive-data processor. AI TTS Microservice is not liable for sensitive data you voluntarily include in submitted scripts.

The platform offers credit top-ups and subscription plans (monthly and yearly):

• Credits are purchased in advance and used when you render audio.
• Subscriptions provide recurring credit allocations and may include additional benefits.
• Pricing is based on processed characters and the voice model you choose.
• If a render fails for reasons on our side, service credits are automatically returned to your account. This is separate from payment refunds (see Refunds below).
• Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice for existing active subscriptions and customers. New plans, new signups, promotions, and plan discontinuations may take effect immediately. Legally required tax or compliance changes may also apply immediately.

Payments are handled by our merchant-of-record and payment partners (currently Polar; processors may change). The merchant-of-record is the seller of record for all purchases and handles billing, tax collection, and payment processing. By purchasing credits or a subscription, you also agree to the payment partner's terms of service.

Service-credit reversals: Credits are automatically returned to your account when a render fails because of a platform issue. These are internal credit adjustments, not payment refunds.

Payment refunds: Payment refunds and billing disputes are handled under the merchant-of-record's terms and applicable law. Contact support through the contact form if you need assistance with a payment issue.

• You retain ownership of the scripts you submit and the audio generated from them.
• AI TTS Microservice receives a temporary license to process your scripts solely to render audio.
• The service, codebase, and voice selections remain the property of their respective owners.

Privacy is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Using the service means you agree to that policy, including how data is collected, used, and retained.

Operational analytics: Voice previews and generations are logged for quality monitoring and abuse prevention. This includes voice selection, model type, language, and timestamps. User ID is recorded when logged in; otherwise a session identifier is used.

Usage analytics: Google Analytics (GA4) and Mixpanel are used to understand how the service is used. Analytics only initialize after you accept the consent banner. No personally identifiable information is sent to these services; pseudonymous identifiers are used.

• The platform is designed for high availability, but outages can occur due to maintenance, provider downtime, or unforeseen issues.
• Advance notice is provided for planned maintenance whenever possible.
• The service is offered "as is" without warranties. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service period.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI TTS Microservice and The Productive Pixel LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or related to the Service.

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including cloud or provider outages, internet or telecommunications failures, natural disasters, labor disputes, government actions, or attacks on infrastructure.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to The Productive Pixel LLC in its jurisdiction of formation and principal place of business, excluding conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute must be brought exclusively before the courts with competent jurisdiction over The Productive Pixel LLC's principal place of business, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

You can close your account whenever you choose. Once an account is closed, active service credits expire and data is deleted according to the privacy policy. Payment refunds for unused purchases on account closure are handled under the merchant-of-record's terms and applicable law. If the platform ends your account for violating these terms, previous charges remain payable.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date on this page will be revised and material changes will be announced in-product or on the website. Changes become effective on the stated date. Continued use of the Service after that date means acceptance. If you do not agree with updated terms, stop using the Service.
